We had no heat and a technician arrived within 2 hours of us contacting Falls HVAC. Great service and response time.
My Tech was Awesome. My heat went out at 8 AM. He was at my house by 3pm on an emergency call! Replaced a sensor switch! Would definitely recommend Falls Heating and Cooling!
The service was very quick. The technician explained exactly what was going on and cleaned the parts that weren't working as well as usual. He also explained how to best maintain our furnace. I'm very happy with the level of service and speed today. Thank you!
