My furnace had become unusable as the blower motor fan bearings were going bad. Loud screaming sound. Matt showed up the next morning at 9am, on time, and got the blower motor part number. I received a call 1/2 hour later with the price and the fact it could be ordered and installed on Monday, January 20. While I was not overjoyed that we would go the weekend with space heaters I understood. Falls Heating & Cooling came through for my rental property on the coldest day of the year so far. They got their service guy out within a few hours after my call, he fixed the problem and explained to me what had caused it, and their office resource, Kathy, handled my billing paperwork for my records really fast. I really appreciated their promptness, and technican Sar knows his stuff. They are my always-choice for heating and cooling repairs from now on!
Quick figuring out the problem very very clean reasonably priced was in or out within an hour. Did a great job.
