I was able to schedule a service call quickly. The tech diagnosed the problem in a matter on minutes and made the repairs within ten minutes. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Great experience!
The technician arrived as was expected and per the agreement. He was very polite and went right to work. He showed me what was wrong, told me what the fix was and the cost prior to goin ahead with it. Overall very good experience and your tech guy is a keeper.
