The Teck was very good, and explained everything that is going on with my system. But the appointment was scheduled for 10 AM, and the tech. did not show up till after 12, without any notification for the delay. I understand that at times things take longer than expected, but for a while, we weren't sure we actually had an appointment.

We've been using Falls Heating and Cooling for decades. They are very reliable and accommodating. Over the years they have come to help us a couple of times with pilot issues - one time on a Sunday (which some other companies refuse to do), and one time on Christmas day! - at no charge! They installed a new furnace and air conditioner about 4 years ago, and it was an excellent experience.

The technician arrived on time and was very friendly. He explained all of the results of the tests that he ran and stated my furnace was running fine. we have used Falls Heating for over 30 years and are very satisfied with them.
