We are very impressed with Sars - he is always reliable and very professional and explains everything going on very well. I also appreciate how responsive Falls Heating is when we call - Cathy is definitely on top of things.
After dealing with a competitor, I felt that your staff was very honest and undeterred to sell me unnecessarily to purchase unneeded equipment. I thank you and will be coming back in the future
