The technician arrived on time and was very friendly. He explained all of the results of the tests that he ran and stated my furnace was running fine. we have used Falls Heating for over 30 years and are very satisfied with them.
Fast service, guys are always busy
Falls always has great customer service! My furnace was not working right on the coldest day of the year and they got a tech to come out instantly! The tech called before arriving and was very efficient. This is why Falls installed my furnace 3years ago. (Ps it was a bad thermostat and not the furnace!). Love you guys and gals!

Very good service, our furnace stopped working on cold winter day. The technician came quickly and found the trouble and ordered the parts. Parts arrived the next day and everything worked like new. Very professional and nice to do business with.
Fast, friendly, and convenient.
Overall I was satisfied however due to the inclement weather the drivers were running late. I called to ask the tenant about her service and she said they never showed up when I called the office I was told about road conditions but never given a phone call to let me know of the situation. The person at the office I spoke with told the drivers to turn around as the tenant had already left for work. Had I been aware I could have met them at the house myself as I was already on the road. My furnace had become unusable as the blower motor fan bearings were going bad. Loud screaming sound. Matt showed up the next morning at 9am, on time, and got the blower motor part number. I received a call 1/2 hour later with the price and the fact it could be ordered and installed on Monday, January 20. While I was not overjoyed that we would go the weekend with space heaters I understood.
