The service professional was friendly and knowledgeable about all aspects of the work needed for our furnace.. He changed the necessary filters and completed a thorough inspection of our system. Excellent service. This serviceman is the best so far. We get service 2 times a year and have had periodic issues fixed. We are very pleased and satisfied. Thank you
Our furnace was making a strange noise and the fan wasn't turning on. I called after hours. FH&C scheduled an appointment for the next day. They diagnosed needing a new motor. They ordered the part and were able to come out the next day to replace it, such that we only spent 1 night without heat. Thanks for the great customer service FH&C!

I had an emergency and had never used Falls heating and cooling before. I called the office and Kathy answered. She was very friendly and sent someone out right away. Within 4 hours of my initial call, we had heat again. She called several times to keep me updated and called after to make sure we had heat. I can't say enough about how helpful, and efficient they were. I will definitely use them again and will highly recommend them.
