Fast, friendly, and convenient.
Overall I was satisfied however due to the inclement weather the drivers were running late. I called to ask the tenant about her service and she said they never showed up when I called the office I was told about road conditions but never given a phone call to let me know of the situation. The person at the office I spoke with told the drivers to turn around as the tenant had already left for work. Had I been aware I could have met them at the house myself as I was already on the road. My furnace had become unusable as the blower motor fan bearings were going bad. Loud screaming sound. Matt showed up the next morning at 9am, on time, and got the blower motor part number. I received a call 1/2 hour later with the price and the fact it could be ordered and installed on Monday, January 20. While I was not overjoyed that we would go the weekend with space heaters I understood. Falls Heating & Cooling came through for my rental property on the coldest day of the year so far. They got their service guy out within a few hours after my call, he fixed the problem and explained to me what had caused it, and their office resource, Kathy, handled my billing paperwork for my records really fast. I really appreciated their promptness, and technican Sar knows his stuff. They are my always-choice for heating and cooling repairs from now on!
Quick figuring out the problem very very clean reasonably priced was in or out within an hour. Did a great job.
