The technician was friendly and very thorough in performing the inspection of my HVAC system. He provided me with answers to all my questions about the status/health of the system.

The gentleman was friendly and courteous and did his task well. He even fixed something on my front door!
Our technician was on time. He thoroughly checked out our air conditioner and cleaned the whole unit outside. He did an excellent job, explained what he was doing, was very professional and would welcome him back in the future. He also checked out our furnace in the fall.. he did a great job then, too!
Left home with humidifier cover laying on the floor, leaving us unsure if still work to be done, or if he just forgot to replace the cover. Called Kathy, she called service man, and he confirmed he replaced the panel but forgot to replace cover and dispose of old panel. I replaced the cover (easy to do).
This got the over all feeling and impression of being taken because I was in a situation that had to be resolved immediately for lack of heating of the house and the person that I spoke with I thought was rude and forward the repair person did his job but I must say he laid some of his tools on top of a mahogany side table which I removed them and got a towel and put it back down I was kind of surprised a little was a little unprofessional I don’t believe I’ll be using Your company any longer because the ownership has change... read more
