The gentleman was friendly and courteous and did his task well. He even fixed something on my front door!
Our technician was on time. He thoroughly checked out our air conditioner and cleaned the whole unit outside. He did an excellent job, explained what he was doing, was very professional and would welcome him back in the future. He also checked out our furnace in the fall.. he did a great job then, too!
This got the over all feeling and impression of being taken because I was in a situation that had to be resolved immediately for lack of heating of the house and the person that I spoke with I thought was rude and forward the repair person did his job but I must say he laid some of his tools on top of a mahogany side table which I removed them and got a towel and put it back down I was kind of surprised a little was a little unprofessional I don’t believe I’ll be using Your company any longer because the ownership has change... read more
This was my second and last experience with Falls Heating . From the customer service experience, I feel totally taken advantage of- Unfortunate I had to have a one year old air conditioner unit fixed . Of course the warranty did not cover what I needed. or told I was needed. I paid the 1k for the fix of this new unit and will not recommend or call for repairs .
