RecommendedWe had our Trane heat exchanger and air handler replaced in May. The unit kept shutting down because drain was not properly draining. After several technicians coming back multiple times, they had to add a condensation pump to fix the issue. I want to commend their customer service manager and Edwin the technician for all their support through this process! They were always timely day or night to come back and investigate the problem. It was a unique situation, but has been resolved! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

We do NOT recommend SAL’S heating, cooling, & plumbing. They charged 910.95 just for a faucet for kitchen sink. And if u buy their club membership just know nothing is free & they will make up for the work u have done to pay for these supposedly free services!! We have never dealt with such a horrific business! Be aware people!

They over charge. They wanted to charge me 700.00 on a warranty part to install it. It took me 23 minutes to do the job.
