Jake and Rami showed up on time and ready to go to work. As soon as Jake explained to me how he was going to approach my problems, they divided the tasks, got on lt promptly, and were in and out in about an hour, maybe less. All work was performed to my satisfaction and even got some free advice on an unrelated issue. Great overall experience!
