I have been a customer for a long time. My 17-year-old son got his 1st hair cut from Wes. I have trusted and valued the skills here for years. Needless to say, things have changed. I decided to take my 13-year-old daughter to get her hair cut. Simple layers nothing crazy. She's called back and Araceli makes friendly conversation with her and I. Today, I took my daughters to Wonder Cuts for a haircut, as it was a last-minute decision and I couldn’t book at my usual salon, Ulta. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. One of the stylists assigned to my daughter appeared inexperienced and unprofessional throughout the appointment.
