Jerry and the work he did for us was fantastic – from the first meeting to measure our windows, to the reasonable quote and discussion of the process, to the installation. We ordered solar shades, blackout shades and an automated double roller. We are so happy with everything! Although the work is all custom, the price is comparable with ordering from an online shade store, but of course doing that you can get the measurements wrong and also have to install them yourself. Awesome service! Talked with Jerry about some missing plantation shutter metal staples (not their fault) and he gave me what I needed and also instructions to make the repair myself and to make it last. So great that a company will help you out no questions asked! Really appreciated that, as so unexpected! I would recommend them for whatever you need as great guy and company to deal with!
Shades by Design is absolutely incredible to work with. I can call Jerry the owner and get an appointment within the same day or two. He's very meticulous and cares about the products he's using. We use Jerry for our personal homes and all of our vacation rentals, when blinds need to be repaired or replaced. Thank you for the excellent service from small business to small business.
