Doug is old skool cool. A Very honest man and a great mechanic. Mechanics like him are getting harder and harder to find. Glad the Derby Community has access to his services.
Doug got my car running and the price was much lower than I expected for the amount of work that I feel he did. My wife is really happy to see her dad's car running again.
Doug is the best! He has been taking care of me and my mom for years. I would not go anywhere else. If it doesn't need fixed, Doug will tell you. He's honest, the price is fair, and the work is excellent! But above that, he communicates, he's thoughtful, and it's truly the little things that count . Doug really cares about his customers, and he makes our lives better.
When you walk in, you never know what you'll find in progress. Great, honest mechanic named Doug will take care of your car better than his.
No one ever wants to take a vehicle in for repair but Service Automotive makes it a far less painful experience. Doug does great work and is wonderful to work with. We highly recommend!
