I called them and they had a technician available within an hour. The tech, Jason, met me at my house to discuss the issues I had and immediately discovered the source of my concerns. He replaced the rollers, adjusted the open position, fixed my outer keypad that hasn’t worked in years, replaced the inner wall pad at my request and he was done within 30-45 minutes. Everything went perfectly smooth and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Thanks again, Jason and Pro Overhead Door!
Very impressed with Pro Overhead Door! I called in the morning about a garage door not working at our rental property, I was afraid we would need a new door because it was old. They were at the house in a few hours, fix the door in no time! They also programmed the outdoor keypad for our tenant as well. I'm very happy with their service and will be using them for all our properties.
My double garage door broke today and I called another garage door company and they wanted $890.00, WOW! I ended up cancelling the other company and called Pro Overhead Door. They were here within 2 hours and fixed my garage for $365.00, nice savings. Thank you Pro Overhead Door!!
Stop looking!! Jason is your guy. Our spring was broken. This man came out immediately and had the spring replaced in minutes. Then, he realized the actual root of our issue. The original installer didn’t have the opener installed straight which was causing the door to pull. He got his ladder and moved the opener to center for no extra charge. And, Jason is just a good guy out here working hard to support his growing family.
I Was heading out on vacation when a spring broke on our garage door. On our way back I called around to I think every garage door company in Tulsa, and these guys were by far the best deal. Jason was dispatched to the job and did excellent work and was very informative about what he was doing. He ended up replacing both springs and all new rollers for less than what all the other companies wanted just for the springs. Highly recommend these guys and will use in future if needed again. If I could give 10 stars I would.
