Worked with AJ and Patton on many projects for a community management company. He’s the best. He’s trustworthy, thorough, and never leaves a job until he’s confident everyone is happy. His team is excellent. His wife is lovely. I can’t rave enough on the office. If you are an HOA looking for a gate vendor, he’s truly the best person to go with.
We have a small HOA with older wrought iron perimeter gates that need to function well. AJ came out and worked with us to get these gates fully functional for a very, very reasonable price. Once we got the locks replaced he came out again to adjust and lubricate things and didn't charge anything for this visit! He treated the situation as if it was his money, and we very much appreciate that. I highly recommend him and will definitely use Patton again.

I'm a disabled veteran, who just needed clarification about their printed ad that states they sell springs, but when I called they said they do not sell the springs. When I contacted the company to get clarification, I did so in a professional and respectful manner. However, I was met with hostility from the service manger Nate. As I'm asking for clarification, he tells me "all I've been doing is complaining", then he proceeds to tell me that "he's got things to do."
