I'm a disabled veteran, who just needed clarification about their printed ad that states they sell springs, but when I called they said they do not sell the springs. When I contacted the company to get clarification, I did so in a professional and respectful manner. However, I was met with hostility from the service manger Nate. I agree with the previous caller. I tried several times to reach the owner. He had come out to see our property to give us an estimate. We were really perplexed why he answered only one email. I called several times because they had good reviews but no one ever called me back. Maybe good reviews are not valid? We thought that maybe our job was too small and they were busy taking bigger jobs but our job was substantial - it was a driveway gate and 6 gates. I called to have my door done. Had all my information taken by a receptionist and even had billing taken care of. I was supposed to be contacted by one of their technicians and was never called. After over 36 hours I finally reach back out to the business and their technician wasn’t returning for almost a week. The receptionist was a new woman and was extremely RUDE.
