I couldn't be more satisfied with your repair of our garage door, you did an excellent job. Darwin who did the work was most courteous and knowledgeable. I wish I could say that about all technicians that have worked for us. I highly recommend Patton Door and Gate.

I'm a disabled veteran, who just needed clarification about their printed ad that states they sell springs, but when I called they said they do not sell the springs. When I contacted the company to get clarification, I did so in a professional and respectful manner. However, I was met with hostility from the service manger Nate. As I'm asking for clarification, he tells me "all I've been doing is complaining", then he proceeds to tell me that "he's got things to do." Can’t be more satisfied. They were quick to respond to my problem. When I still had an issue they came back and rectified it immediately. And the service charge was well below what I had expected. I hope I no longer have any problems, but if so, I look forward to calling Patton Door. Thank you!
I agree with the previous caller. I tried several times to reach the owner. He had come out to see our property to give us an estimate. We were really perplexed why he answered only one email. I called several times because they had good reviews but no one ever called me back. Maybe good reviews are not valid? We thought that maybe our job was too small and they were busy taking bigger jobs but our job was substantial - it was a driveway gate and 6 gates.
