I find them to be very knowledgeable about many different things. I enjoy going here. Getting ready to take a 20g gravely in for some minor repair
I had a great experience purchasing my Gravely ZT-X 52” Zero Turn, Marvin amd his team at Bylers Small Engine repair in Middlefield i Ohio answer all my needs. Highly reccomend them for their products and service.
The service I received today was hands down the best service I have ever received from any dealer. I did purchase a new Ariens Ikon 52 zero turn. The staff was wonderful explaining everything about the mower. It was definitely worth the hour drive. Definitely looking forward to doing business with Marvin again.
Before I review this business I want to say I RARELY do reviews. I myself have owned and ran my company for 37 years now. You can only imagine how many people I’ve worked with. Marvin, Bylers Engine Repair, was absolutely solid. He picked up my Ferris mower, quickly gave me my best options to repair, ordered a new engine, completed the install and returned the mower in one weeks time. Very knowledgeable. I went to Bylers looking to review the models that were part of an upcoming on-line auction that was about to close the following week when I came upon the proprietor Marvin. I'm a pretty mechanically inclined individual and so I started with the questions, and Marvin had a real good answer for every one of my questions.
