Mr Rooter techs arrived early after calling to let me know they were on their way. They assessed the situation, confirmed what I had thought and completed the repair within the hour. They cleaned up and presented the invoice as quoted. I appreciate their professionalism and continue to use Mr. Rooter as my preferred plumber.
They came after my regular plumber came , but was not able to unblock the drain . Our plumber Alex recommended them. And yes indeed they have the equipment. They blew right through the block. It turned out that we needed a new clean out. They came back to do that work and they did an excellent job. I would indeed recommend them to anybody. Just get a bid first
