Lance and Grant were great!!! Very professional, courteous, and knew what they were doing. They went above and beyond in helping me find my issue. Dave was great from the start when I ordered the service from him. He even gave me a courtesy call to let me know the guys were on site. Definitely recommended them and Mr. Rooter for your needs. We have a home in Palm Desert that we had a few plumbing issues in the last 12 months. I tried two different plumbing companies in the Palm Desert area and was very unhappy with their service and charges for what they did. One even charged almost $100 just to "diagnose the issue" and this charge is in addition to the repair cost! On time did a great job. Several new toilets, sinks and new shower set ups installed. Discarded old ones. One new toilet was defective from manufacture. Dave came out immediately and removed and installed it’s replacement. Definitely recommend
I called Mr. Rooter, When I had a pipe burst at my house, flooding the backyard. I was able to turn off the water, so it wasn't as urgent of an emergency, however, Shane from Mr Rooter came out within afew hours. He quoted me a price over the phone, however, upon completing the work, he reduced the price, and charged me less money. He said the job was more simple and took less time.
