Mr Rooter techs arrived early after calling to let me know they were on their way. They assessed the situation, confirmed what I had thought and completed the repair within the hour. They cleaned up and presented the invoice as quoted. I appreciate their professionalism and continue to use Mr. Rooter as my preferred plumber.
Lance and Grant were great!!! Very professional, courteous, and knew what they were doing. They went above and beyond in helping me find my issue. Dave was great from the start when I ordered the service from him. He even gave me a courtesy call to let me know the guys were on site. Definitely recommended them and Mr. Rooter for your needs. They came after my regular plumber came , but was not able to unblock the drain . Our plumber Alex recommended them. And yes indeed they have the equipment. They blew right through the block. It turned out that we needed a new clean out. They came back to do that work and they did an excellent job. I would indeed recommend them to anybody. Just get a bid first
