I would like to recommend Mr Rooter to anyone needing any plumbing work done. I am so glad that I called them for my plumbing issues. They came ASAP! Mr Rooter techs arrived early after calling to let me know they were on their way. They assessed the situation, confirmed what I had thought and completed the repair within the hour. They cleaned up and presented the invoice as quoted. I appreciate their professionalism and continue to use Mr. Rooter as my preferred plumber.
The service man they sent out was very professional, friendly and completed the job quickly. He knew what he was doing. I will call them again if I have any plumbing problems.
I called and got same day appointment to check out our dead hot water tank. They were able to replace same day and they flushed our sinks and toilets because of our calcium deposits in the lines. Water pressure was greatly improved after their service.
They came after my regular plumber came , but was not able to unblock the drain . Our plumber Alex recommended them. And yes indeed they have the equipment. They blew right through the block. It turned out that we needed a new clean out. They came back to do that work and they did an excellent job. I would indeed recommend them to anybody. Just get a bid first
