We experienced a sewer back-up in the evening and called Mr. Rooter early the next morning. Lance came to our house at 8:00AM and was able to quickly clear a root ball from our main drain. He showed me issues with the pipe on his camera and gave me quotes for longer-term repairs. The job was done within half an hour. Great service!

Mr Rooter has been outstanding. They’ve been available on short notice. Their technicians are polite and capable. And as far as I can tell their prices are fair. I’m going to keep using them because I’ve had bad experiences with several of the larger plumbing companies in the Coachella Valley.

I would like to recommend Mr Rooter to anyone needing any plumbing work done. I am so glad that I called them for my plumbing issues. They came ASAP! I am so grateful for Saul he explained everything to us and he was very kind and walked us through all of our options to fix our problem. The office staff was very kind also. Mr Rooter will be our lifetime Plummer. Thank you !!!!

Bryan was recently at our home to repair a shower that was leaking for many months. Other plumbers quoted higher amounts and suggested extensive remedial repairs. Bryan was able to replace the parts that no one else could find. He did a great job and we are very satisfied. He also cleaned a shower drain. This is not the first time we used and were very satisfied with Mr. Rooter.
