The salespeople are phenomenal and very passionately knowledgeable about the industry of power tools. Great local family business to pick up some tools and good spirits. JWB always has the best deals and promos. John is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. Check them out, they never disappoint!!
Friendly and helpful as always. I have had lots of tools repaired here and they always do good work, and are very affordable. Just stopped in to pick up a second stapler and was given worthwhile advice and a great price. Things are generally priced at least as well or cheaper than a box store.(I found out the seal kit I just bought for my old stapler was half as much here as I paid for it online) Great selection and the only place to go for tools and accessories.
The owner and staff are very knowledgeable. Excellent service. Excellent prices. I wish I would of found this store 10 years earlier. There is not enough good I can say to do this place justice you have to go and experience it for yourself. This is the only place my money will be spent on power tools from now on.
John is an extremely knowledgeable and customer friendly individual; he has a wide line of tools, and he provides outstanding service after the sale. He took care of me on a tool that I had purchased some 15 years before. He reflects a great degree of integrity; my wife and I enjoy the short trip to Lisbon from Boardman.
Picked up a 1/2” Milwaukee cordless impact for cheaper than I can find it anywhere else and also got a free battery with it. Ended up going with a bigger impact than I originally went in there for just because of the great price. Will definitely be buying more from them.
