Just had an absolutely fantastic car buying experience. I'm a cash buyer, so getting into a new car had me ANXIOUS. But the people here made it so easy and nice. The staff listed to what I needed and what my limits were. The went above an beyond and found me exactly what I needed, at a price I was able to afford, with a do die for warranty. Definitely going to be a long term of not lifetime customer.
Jordan took care of us even though we were probably at least slightly difficult customers. We knew what we wanted to pay and I really feel he did the best he could to get us as close to that as possible. He was very knowledgeable and definitely great at showing us the value of a vehicle. Horrible customer service from Michael the service advisor. We took my daughter’s car in to be repaired a week ago & because she called to check on it he got very upset & rude. I called for an update he started getting very hateful with me. Do not recommend this dealership at all. They treat customers horrible. I will be picking the car up & taking it somewhere else where customers are valued & treated with respect.
