Went to help my mom buy a new car after getting the run around we went to Jackie cooper Nissan. Everyone from CJ our salesman to the sweet lady in finance were an absolute delight to work with and made the process so easy! I will not be using another dealership ever again. These guys truly are amazing!
Our salesman, Ashton, was absolutely fantastic when it came to purchasing our Nissan Kicks. It was an incredible experience at a car dealership. He wasn’t one of those pushy salespeople, and he was super friendly and approachable. And guess what? He managed to get us an amazing deal! The finance person was also a breeze to work with. They got us in and out of the process in just a few hours. If you’re ever in the market for a car, I highly recommend giving this dealership a try. You won’t be disappointed!
Just had an absolutely fantastic car buying experience. I'm a cash buyer, so getting into a new car had me ANXIOUS. But the people here made it so easy and nice. The staff listed to what I needed and what my limits were. The went above an beyond and found me exactly what I needed, at a price I was able to afford, with a do die for warranty. Definitely going to be a long term of not lifetime customer.
Jordan took care of us even though we were probably at least slightly difficult customers. We knew what we wanted to pay and I really feel he did the best he could to get us as close to that as possible. He was very knowledgeable and definitely great at showing us the value of a vehicle. This is not a reflection towards Nissan it self or the sales dept but towards service advisors. About a week ago I called because I looked online because I was having issues with one of my vehicles. After accessing it I came to realize that it might be fuel pump. And when I googled it it said a recall. So I called Nissan AKA JACKIE COOPER.
