We had a great experience with our used car purchase. Zach M. listened to the features we needed and wanted. He located a great vehicle for our family and when we brought up some safety concerns, he worked with the service department to ensure everything was good. Additionally, Zach stayed in communication with us after purchase to ensure the service department was still taking care of us.
Last Friday, I went in to buy my first car (the first car I bought myself). My car dealer, Nino, was very prompt and thorough in answering any and all my questions (I had many questions since it was my first car purchase). In addition, there sales process was very straightforward and I think I got a very fair deal on my car. Overall, I think this is a solid car dealership and I'd be happy to buy from them again.
I wanted to give a huge shout out and thank you to Zach and Jackie Cooper Nissan. I have had a few not so good experiences at other car dealerships which made me dread my visit to Jackie Cooper, my experience from start to finish was amazing, easy and stress free. He was patient and very laid back, this is my first pressure-free experience at a dealership. I highly recommend anyone looking for a car to ask for Zach he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and I walked away with a beautiful car!

Went to help my mom buy a new car after getting the run around we went to Jackie cooper Nissan. Everyone from CJ our salesman to the sweet lady in finance were an absolute delight to work with and made the process so easy! I will not be using another dealership ever again. These guys truly are amazing!
