In May 2024 I bought a 2022 BMW M340i that had mismatched tires. As a condition of the sale two new tires to match the two Pirelli’s that were on the car were to be put on. I was told the two Pirelli tires already on the car were also new. That was a lie. One of them was over a year old and one of them was an original tire that came on the car (3 1/2 years old). Jackie Cooper Infiniti, the staff is doing a 5 star job trying to service this product. The 2025 QX80 has been a terrible disappointment. For a $115k vehicle, the experience and expectations do not match the product you get. We had nothing but issues with our vehicle for the last 3 months. Computer system is buggy. The radio and XM radio play at the same time. Constantly freezes up. Ride height system randomly goes up and down.
