Unfortunate circumstances put us in the market for a new, to us, vehicle. We had many options available to us and decided to let Infinity have the first shot, due to quality and price on vehicle we were looking for. We made a number of visits to the dealership (like 5 or 6) prior to making a decision on buying our new QX60. We gave our salesman (Mark Cox) every reason to grow weary of us during the process. However, he continued to answer our many questions in a friendly and professional manner and he treated us like customers he had known for years. My family and I went in to look at a used Jeep Wrangler at a great price. Taylor, our salesperson was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was professional, helpful, and gave us no pressure at all. Every employee we came in contact with, whether we were working with them or not, went out of their way to be personable and kind to us.
