Jackie Cooper Infiniti, the staff is doing a 5 star job trying to service this product. The 2025 QX80 has been a terrible disappointment. For a $115k vehicle, the experience and expectations do not match the product you get. We had nothing but issues with our vehicle for the last 3 months. Computer system is buggy. The radio and XM radio play at the same time. Constantly freezes up. Ride height system randomly goes up and down. I cannot stress enough how incredible this experience was in comparison to any other car buying experience I’ve ever had. Everyone involved went above and beyond to get me where I needed to be and helped me reach my goal. Shane was an awesome salesperson and I recommend you go talk to him about what you need, he knows his stuff! Infiniti has the best service shop and service people in Tulsa. Everyone is well trained on the every vehicle they sale. The parts Department always knows what you need and can explain it in full. The waiting area is always clean and very comfortable with complimentary drinks and snacks. Everybody is very friendly. This is why I bought the vehicle here.
You are missing out if you are not buying a car at Jackie Cooper! They treated us like we were their most important clients and made sure we understood everything detail of our financing, maintenance and most importantly our new QX80. Andy, Jon, Alex and Grant made the purchase a joy. I would not go anywhere else.
