I was on the defense with the dealer because I had been treat very bad in my past. My salesperson listen to me and did a very convincing job of telling me and my wife all about the features and the benfits of the features. When it came time to dicker they made it super easy. \r\nWe really enjoyed our time we spent at Jackie Cooper Imports.

The experience was great from the start, we felt that Mark's knowledge of not only Mercedes but of most car brands was very impressive as well as helpful. We also greatly appreciated the sales approach of more information versus pressure sales techniques. We are both in “service” industries and the service aspect of both Mark and of Jackie Cooper were very appealing. I came to Jackie Cooper to look at the Mercedes Benz E350. When I arrived, I met Mike Crowell. He treat me very good. Mike introduce me to Anthony Williams. Mike told him what car it was that I was interested in and he took off. He brought the car up and we went outside. He did a thorough job telling me about the car and showing me just what it had. I had a wonderful experience here and was greeted respectfully by Mike Myrick. He took excellent care of me and my husband and made sure I got what I wanted and needed. After all the paperwork was finished, he took us around and introduced us to the service department and made sure we felt comfortable before we left. I will definitely recommend the dealership and Mike to everyone I talk to who is looking for a new car!

ow pressure, respectful. The seller answered questions about the vehicle and let us learn about it before pressuring for all our personnal information.Finance manager was equally respectful and didn't play the 'money game'. Numbers provided were straight forward without long delays.
