Wonderful people getting the job done and very professional. Under 2 hours and they were done. Had a glick later that day, but the guys came back and quickly fixed the problem.
There has been a lot of aggravation, people not keeping their communication straight. John saying one thing, Chuck saying another. I have condensed this down. It has been months. I gave them every opportunity to fix this. We started the process with them early this year. It has been one inconsistency after another.
