Guys were about 30 minutes early. But it was all good. They did great. Got the new system installed old one out and all cleaned up and it’s working great. Good pricing as well. So I felt good about the price as well. They came highly recommended and I will do the same. Thanks!
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The technician that came out first went above and beyond, honestly a little disappointed he didn't participate on the install. The two guys that did the install did great though, even briefly braving a storm. My only complaint was the exposed wires for what I am guessing is the thermostat connected to the unit. They got back to me very promptly about my issue. Their technician was very professional, knowledgeable, offered helpful explanations and advice, and completed the work very efficiently and skillfully. All that for a VERY reasonable price.
Julius was as professional as they can get. He had me pull out the owners manual & verified the unit specs. He did a thorough cleaning and adjustments--was very knowledgeable . We signed up for the fall inspection and cleaning. Thank you Julius!
