Guys were about 30 minutes early. But it was all good. They did great. Got the new system installed old one out and all cleaned up and it’s working great. Good pricing as well. So I felt good about the price as well. They came highly recommended and I will do the same. Thanks!
My experience with Efficient Air was wonderful from start to finish. I called around 7a for a semi-urgent matter and spoke to Lois who was so helpful. A service-person, Julius, was at my house by 8:15a. He was polite and knowledgeable.

have purchased two heat and air units in past 5 yrs from you guys . unit for heater at my house failed , called for service part was under warranty, labor was 325.00 ,was at house less than 1 hour. think that was excessive charge for repeat customer or for any customer for that matter. I will be taking my business elsewhere from this day forward.
They are unbelievable! They came out on a Saturday and had to come back a couple more times… they refused to give up until it was fixed and done correctly! The contractor that put it on apparently was pretty incompetent but I’m assured now that it’s done properly. Julius (and Marco) was adamant that they could get this fixed and I am so grateful that they did! You all gained a lifelong customer. Thank you.
