My air conditioner stopped working, and I was able to give them a call early in the morning and receive same day service. De Marco was excellent. He explained to me what was wrong with unit, what he was going to do to get it running again, and what I could do to maintain my unit. Guys were about 30 minutes early. But it was all good. They did great. Got the new system installed old one out and all cleaned up and it’s working great. Good pricing as well. So I felt good about the price as well. They came highly recommended and I will do the same. Thanks!
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The technician that came out first went above and beyond, honestly a little disappointed he didn't participate on the install. The two guys that did the install did great though, even briefly braving a storm. My only complaint was the exposed wires for what I am guessing is the thermostat connected to the unit. My husband says he will fix it better, but I wish I would have gone to look at everything before they left. Of course we get a new hvac system and then it gets cold! Ran it for a bit ... read more
The technician that came out and inspected our unit was not only extremely thorough but communicated everything he was doing, looking for, and what he found as he found it. The honesty this young man provided was matched by his professionalism and knowledge in his field.
Julius was great today, he was able to fix the issue with our air conditioner and explained in detail exactly what happened and why. He was very professional and friendly. Efficient Air has never let us down, a great business to work with!
