My experience with Double H Property management has been great! They have great communication and have helped move my family into a great house with great neighbors! I put in maintenance requests for regular home maintenance issues and things were repaired within 24 hours of the request with very professional maintenance crews. Highly recommend!
Just leased a house from them. They were very helpful despite the 1,001 questions I had. Very prompt in returning my calls and emails and are overall very easy to work with. Previously, dealing with other companies, they would drag their feet processing an application. Double H had an answer for me within like 2 days. A week later I'm moving in. That's the service I love.
The whole process of being able to view the property that I wanted to move in to was so easy and Howdy was so helpful and helped me every step of the way and the receptionist answered all my questions!! Thank you Double H Property for making my move so smooth and successful!
I had a negative experience with Double H and would not recommend them. Here's why: Unresponsive to property issues: In my experience, they were not attentive to problems at my rental property. Missed rent maximization opportunities: Despite rising market rents, they didn't take steps to adjust the rent to market value, potentially costing me rental income. If you are looking for a good company to manage your property this is NOT it. I hope the people that rent from them have better experience but as a property owner, it was a terrible experience. We went with this company when we needed it the most, due to special circumstances we didn’t have time to do it ourselves, so we trusted this company to just do what is expected of a good business.
