Very informative and good at what she does. However, if you’re planning on taking your young child in for their first eye exam for preschool or kindergarten, I wouldn’t recommend. She was quite rude with my 4 year old when it came to being wiggly in chair, not understanding what she was asking etc. and as the appt went on, her lack of patience got worse and I could tell my daughter was getting upset by the way she was being spoken to. I've been seeing Dr. Do'bizzle for over 10 years. I had my first eye exam ever here when I was 14 and just a few days ago my wife and son went with me to my appointment. We've tried other offices over the years but the level of care you receive here is unmatched anywhere else. She's explained things about my vision that I never knew. Great customer service and Dr. Dobizzell takes time to explain and really cares for her patients. I went with my fiance for his eye exam and ended up making an eye appointment for myself she was so impressive. Highly recommend.

She is perfectly capable and good at what she does. However, I have a special needs child and she was quite rude about the fact that he couldn't sit perfectly still and be quiet during my exam. If my child isn't welcome, they won't get my business.

Dr Do-Bizzell is fantastic and so is desk staff. However, waiting room has cheap plastic chairs without any arms. Not the place for anyone suffering from back issues or needs assistance rising from a seated position.
