We recently had a leak the day before the July 4 holiday. DRS quickly got one of their technicians to our house. Cam traced down the leak, diagnosed the problem and called for one of the plumbers who came right out and within a short time fixed the leak. They also brought in a small, powerful fan and let it run overnight to make sure there was no warping or residual water to cause mold. Job well done.
DRS does a great job! When our house flooded they helped navigate us through the whole process. Paul the Operations Manager was great about answering all of our question's and would quickly resolve any issues that came up. I highly recommend their services.
Casey, Jana and their crew (I love Paul, Shai, and Cam, the guys I saw most) are the best. Casey is very knowledgeable about mold remediation, which was our problem. They are very conscientious about getting the job done right, and they all go the extra mile to make sure everything is back to better than it was. They notice little details that many companies ignore, and fix them if possible as part of the repairs. Watch them!!! They will charge for services they will not perform. They will try to get more and more money out of you. Insurance hates to work with them and the project will slow to a crawl. Said they use license plumbers they didn’t. Their workers did work they shouldn’t. Now we are paying out of pocket and being asked who did this!!! Use at own risk other restoration companies out there.
What an outstanding experience with DRS in Coweta! I was reluctant to reach out to a restoration company at first because of negative restoration company comments, in general, I’ve heard through the years.
