I reached out to Cope's Trailer on the 27th of Feb 2026 through an Email for a price quote on a 12 ft utility trailer. I listed the few extra changes I wanted in the email and left plenty of contact information. After a week (7 Days) I sent another request on the form page on their website listing the same request and items in the form. After another 7 days I still never got any reply I decided to call (march 17th) and speak directly to someone. After placing the call a young lady answered and I informed her what I was loo... read more

Here’s a punchy, 5-star style version: --- Great experience with Cope's Trailer Sales. Good selection of trailers and a solid parts department—they had what I needed and got me taken care of fast. Staff was knowledgeable, honest, and easy to work with. No pressure, no hassle. Highly recommend!

I was in the market for a new aluminum boat trailer and came across Copes Trailers. All I can say is WOW!!!!! From the price to the level of people and service is beyond words!!!!! I drove 240 miles one way to purchase the trailer and have my boat fitted onto it. I cannot express how pleased I was with the entire process. I added some additional items to the trailer and everything went great! I will be a repeat customer for the rest of my Life! THANK YOU to the Team at Cope’s Trailers for what Y’all did for Us. 🫡🍻

My father got his trailer axle fixed in Beaumont they did a good job .He brought his trailer to copes trailers in vidor to ask them about his trailer and the owner was flat out rude and disrespectful just blew him off about the situation . That’s not the way to do business with people that’s how you lose business and run customers off.I will never in my lifetime use copes trailers for anything I own. If that’s how they talk to there customers I recommend going somewhere else. No matter the situation nobody deserves that espe... read more

I purchased a 5x10' trailer and was in and out in minutes. Stephanie handled the title application and got my temp tag and I was on my way. The top-hat trailer is way more heavy-duty than anything I've seen at those 'box' stores! Cope's has been in business for a long time, matter of fact, I purchased an enclosed trailer there over 20 years ago and it's still going strong. I highly recommend Cope's Trailers!
