I was in the market for a new aluminum boat trailer and came across Copes Trailers. All I can say is WOW!!!!! From the price to the level of people and service is beyond words!!!!! I drove 240 miles one way to purchase the trailer and have my boat fitted onto it. I cannot express how pleased I was with the entire process. Amazing customer service, they are extremely helpful here. I came in not really knowing what I needed volunteering for a non-profit we needed a trailer to help move equipment. They answered every question, very friendly and didn't try to over sell us. Just a great experience. I will always recommend Cope's Trailers, they are truly pleasant to work with.
I dropped off my lowboy on Monday to get the floor replaced and to fix the lights. They called me Friday and had it ready and did a great job. Excellent service and quick turnaround time!
