Darlene did an absolutely incredible job with the balloon arrangement for my 30th birthday party in Palm Springs. It was exactly as I wanted, and made our outdoor space so festive and fun for the weekend. She truly went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the result, and was timely and incredibly professional. Highly recommend her services and will definitely be using her again!
Perfection! Darleen was super sweet and accommodating for our walk-in request. We were lucky to catch her in the shop and we had a quick order (4 balloons) she pulled together quickly. I’d recommend calling ahead because she’s a one-gal shop and often steps out for deliveries or on-location installs (she told us), so we got lucky, but call ahead!
Great service! I was on a tight deadline, and Balloony Tunes came through with beautiful bouquet balloons for my wife's birthday. The delivery was on time to the minute and the balloons have held up going on 5 days. I will use them exclusively from now onwards. Thanks!
We are currently visiting Palm Springs from Canada and needed a single fun balloon for my 2 year old daughter to take to the airport to welcome her dad down to celebrate being finished his medical board exams. I stopped by Balloony Tunes and they were having their parking lot re-paved so were unexpectedly not open. The owner, Darlene, happened to be there and despite the closure, she invited me in to quickly pick out a balloon with my little ones. Wow!! I cannot not say enough good things about Balloony Tunes! They have an array of party supplies that you can’t find anywhere else.. not even Amazon!! Darlene is absolutely amazing and was very helpful with everything. Superb customer service and would 10/10 recommend to anyone! SUPPORT the small businesses, they need it and deserve it!
