We had just moved into our new home when the unthinkable happened. A fire. Fortunately most of the damaged was to the lower level but the soot had spread everywhere and I mean everywhere. We were helpless and lost and couldn't live in our home due to the smoke damage. David and his team came to the rescue and acted quickly. I would hire these guys a million times! They were so kind and gracious about our pipes bursting!! They were here asap and the work they did to make us whole again actually made the room look even better than before! From the first call until the last day of clean they were amazing!!!! Part of our house flooded while we were out of town. My sister called Assurance for us, & they came out immediately & started fixing our house while we were out of state. They did an excellent job with all the repairs, were very responsive to questions & our schedule, & helped with dealing with the plumbing company whose mistake caused the flooding. I highly recommend Assurance Restoration! They are honest, dedicated, and they have a great staff whom are seasoned professionals. The Experience of the owner and staff amazed me! They actually looked out for me and my family! When my insurance company said they would repair and replace certain items. John O., with Assurance Restoration would not accept this.
