From the moment we caught our catastrophic leak till the day the project was completed it was top notch and efficient from start till end. Part of our house flooded while we were out of town. My sister called Assurance for us, & they came out immediately & started fixing our house while we were out of state. They did an excellent job with all the repairs, were very responsive to questions & our schedule, & helped with dealing with the plumbing company whose mistake caused the flooding.
