We own several properties that have needed new roofs over the years. American Central Roofing & Construction and Joe Esser did the most professional job of any companies we have used. Joe went above and beyond to be sure the insurance company fairly compensated us. His crew was fast, professional and cleaned up every day. Joe was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had. We highly recommend them.

I initially contacted Joe setting an appointment to inspect and evaluate the damage to our roof. He set a date and time and arrived promptly at the time agreed upon. Joe explained what he would do and the whole process. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions exemplifying his expertise. I had a great experience with this roofing/ General Contractor team. They were professional, timely, and genuinely fun to work with—making the whole process less stressful. They were incredibly dependable, guided me through all of my options, and handled every issue with the insurance company efficiently and thoroughly.
