I highly recommend Alpha HVAC. I had Tom out to look at my HVAC system, you can tell he cares about doing the right thing for his customers. He put it the effort to educate me on the plus/minus of a new and high efficiency systems, and ultimately convinced me fixing vs replacing was a better option. Brett, the technician, was on time and courteous. Kept me in the loop on what was going on with my furnace and had it fixed in no time, for a great price.

Working with Tom and the ALPHA team was a great experience. Tom made the bid process fast, well communicated and easy, got the job scheduled and they handled everything so efficiently! Install was clean, quick and thorough and the crew was clean, respectful and professional. Never knew having to replace my whole HVAC system unexpectedly would turn out so… easy. Price was good to beat!

Chris did an absolute fantastic job. He was on time and communicated everything that was needing to be done/has been done through the whole process. The price was well within reason when compared to other quotes! There was no additional upsell being forced or mentioned along the way. The work was completed very quickly, neatly and returned to working order better than before the repair was needed. I would recommend Chris and alpha plumbing 10/10 times and will be using them in the future!

Tom and his team took good care of both of my kiddos, who were brand new homeowners. As a mom who helps them navigate through new things like this, it's been great to work with someone trustworthy. They both needed their A/Cs serviced and were able to take advantage of the summer sale. My daughter's A/C had some issues. Again, the team took great care of her and got it fixed without her having to spend thousands of dollars for a new unit.

We had Tom from Alpha Heating come out to look at the temperature differences between the levels of our home—our loft always runs hot, the main level stays warm, and the basement is cool. He was super candid about pricing and the options available to fix it. I really appreciated how honest, forthright, and easy to understand he was when explaining solutions. It’s refreshing to work with someone who is straightforward and genuinely helpful.
