All Seasons exceeded our expectations in every way!!! Our air conditioner gave out on Wednesday while temperatures rose to 105. Todd project manager had techs measuring and estimating cost by that evening. Frankie, lead tech was very through. We had 5 estimates by various companies. All Seasons had the best product, service and price. A trifecta in our book. All Seasons brought us an inside air conditioner so we could work and sleep until project was complete. Had All Seasons a/c, heating and plumbing out for an issue with dishwasher not draining properly. Oscar and Frankie had the problem found and fixed quickly. Oscar and Frankie were very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. They made sure dishwasher was working properly before they left. We arrived in PS to a home at 97F inside. I contacted our regular guy (I'll) and then All Seasons. Extremely friendly on the phone. Monica, Brie, and Natasha are absolutely wonderful. They were able to send a technician late in the morning. Our tech, Jaime, was extremely professional, helpful, and solved the problem quickly. After sharing pics of our system, he recommended a coil cleaning. He came back two days later and took care of the cleaning in under 30 minutes. He's very friendly and knowledgeable. I don’t know who does the hiring at All Seasons but they only get the best people. From scheduling with friendly Anastasia to getting the job done in a professional manner with the team at All Seasons (I worked with Brendan and Oscar on our most recent job) doing competent work on our kitchen sink which had a galvanized pipe that had two huge holes in it and had been leaking severely without my knowledge). This is the second time we have used All Seasons - both times were excellent experiences. David Gaeta came to us for this repair and despite being faced with an unexpected request on top of the repair, he graciously and efficiently did both jobs. We have stopped using our old AC company who we used for over 20 years in favor of All Seasons. They have SUCH a great attitude and seem always willing to be there for our emergencies. Boy is that great to find in a company this day and age. Very happy to recommend All Seasons!
