I had a new roof installed I believe in 2010 with Action Roofing on our church. They used Tamko 30 year Heritage II shingles, which are declared defective and part of a class action lawsuit. Rick Jackson, was the owner and superintendant at the time. The roof leak soon after on a small portion of the northside after a snow and we've had leaks ever since through the years on this roof. Action did a residential roof replacement for me about a year ago. Their contract/terms are straight-forward, they did everything promised, and the work has held up.

I have used Action Roofing for myself as well as clients that need their roof checked, repaired or replaced. I always get the best service! The owners as well as the crew are professional and couteous. On a recent sale, a Seller needed a new roof but we had not known there was a wood shake shingle roof under it. The Buyer had had several quotes and Action came in a few thousand less than the lowest price. I have used Action for almost 40 yrs on a dozen projects. They do a great job but more importantly, they back up what they do. Never have had a leak but have had issues caused by others, no matter, they came and fixed it every time. You will have a Roofer for life when you use Action.
