I called and had someone come out a week ago and still have yet to get an email about what our roof needs done. Called and checked on the email was told that their electric had been down and should be getting it but nope, nothing.Very disappointed!
I had a new roof installed I believe in 2010 with Action Roofing on our church. They used Tamko 30 year Heritage II shingles, which are declared defective and part of a class action lawsuit. Rick Jackson, was the owner and superintendant at the time. The roof leak soon after on a small portion of the northside after a snow and we've had leaks ever since through the years on this roof. Action did a residential roof replacement for me about a year ago. Their contract/terms are straight-forward, they did everything promised, and the work has held up.
I have used Action Roofing for myself as well as clients that need their roof checked, repaired or replaced. I always get the best service! The owners as well as the crew are professional and couteous. On a recent sale, a Seller needed a new roof but we had not known there was a wood shake shingle roof under it. The Buyer had had several quotes and Action came in a few thousand less than the lowest price.
